Year-End Summary of 2025!

09.01.2026

From 19–21 December 2025, the Stevia Automation team met to celebrate the end of 2025, review past and ongoing projects, and, in a special way, mark the 15th anniversary of our company.

The training and team-building event was an opportunity for everyone to come together and enjoy themselves during team activities.

The year 2025 was full of challenges for us. We worked together on programming and commissioning projects for automated automotive paint shops of leading global brands. We also had the opportunity to take part in the design, programming, and commissioning of warehouses for, among others, a well-known clothing brand and an e-commerce brand. These warehouses included automated transport and sorting systems, storage solutions, and robots.

For us, 2025 was also a year of strengthening relationships with our partners. Thanks to them, we are able to continuously develop and explore the latest technological possibilities. We hope that 2026 will be even more fruitful due to the ongoing development of our cooperation.

The past year was also marked by numerous industry events. We exhibited at the LogiMAT and Modernlog trade fairs and participated in industry conferences. We hope to take part in even more events in the new year, 2026.

We will remember 2025, as well as the recent team-building trip, for a long time. May the beginning of 2026 bring new challenges and successes, which we wish to everyone.

Automated Quality Control – the Key to Improving Warehouse Processes

19.11.2025

Quality control has traditionally been associated with a repetitive and tedious manual inspection of each item individually. Thanks to intelligent scanners, automated product quality control is becoming a reality.

An automatic scanning system verifies parameters such as:

  • product dimensions,
  • correct package contents,
  • damaged goods or packaging,
  • damaged barcodes on shipping cartons.

By integrating the system with your internal transport system, quality control can take place even completely without operator involvement. Take a step today toward increasing the speed and efficiency of quality control in your warehouse!

Our approach to control system project implementations

16.09.2025

Each project has a designated project manager who is a dedicated contact person and ensures a smooth project implementation process and successful completion of project stages such as:

  • analysis of project requirements/functional specifications,
  • electrical design, selection of materials, procurement and control cabinets prefabrication,
  • electrical on-site installation,
  • PLC/SCADA programming according to the required standard or our own standard,
  • emulation and FAT tests with a preceding virtual commissioning,
  • on – site commissioning and testing,
  • project documentation,
  • warranty and post warranty care.

Thanks to the careful realization of each step, our experienced engineers are able to deliver a high quality service and contribute to the success of intralogistics and automotive projects.

Inside our workshop: Assembly time!

02.09.2025

When pre-building the elements of an automated scanning system, we firstly make sure that all the parts are in a good condition, quality and quantity. Then, we proceed with the assembly process according to the standards and instructions of the client. Finally, we prepare and carefully pack all the parts of the system to get it ready for the delivery to the client’s site.

EThanks to a pre-build that takes place inside our workshop before commissioning on site, we have the possibility to install and test the scanning cameras, detect potential errors and prepare for a smooth commissioning.

Check out some photos of our engineers at work from our recent project!

How does automated palletizing affect the quality of the warehousing process?

30.07.2025

Recently, we have started working on a new project that includes three scanning tunnels of Cognex. Our scope is to assemble the construction, install and test the scanning cameras at our workshop and help to mount the system on the client’s site in Southern Poland.

Each scanning tunnel contains 6 cameras which help to identify and divide packed goods. Carton boxes sliding through the tunnel are scanned from each side, so that multiple codes located at different sides of each box can be scanned at the same time.

We are looking forward to seeing the next steps of the project soon! Stay tuned! 🙂

How does automated palletizing affect the quality of the warehousing process?

01.07.2025

The implementation of an automated palletizing system has a significant impact on improving operational parameters in both production and warehouse environments. The benefits of such solutions are multidimensional, including organizational, technological, and economic aspects.

Here’s how palletizing automation enhances the quality of the warehousing process:

  • Reduced risk to employees and improved ergonomics
  • Increased efficiency and order fulfillment speed
  • Optimization of warehouse operating costs

Palletizing and depalletizing are one of the most important processes in intralogistics, therefore automation is often a priority with the purpose of continuous improvement of pallet handling.
