As part of our projects, we also offer programming of industrial robots, mainly from manufacturers such as ABB, FANUC and KUKA. The most common applications we implement are palletizing and machine operation.
Industrial robots
We program the robots, but we can also design, manufacture and commission the entire control system of the workstation together with the necessary safety system. With the application, we carry out a risk analysis to ensure that all requirements and standards are met, and that the workstation is safe for the user.

Also, we assist with the construction of the workstation concept, the selection of the robot, the gripper and the performance analysis. In addition, we can perform a simulation and check that the robot’s parameters are correctly selected, e.g. reach, payload, performance. The simulation gives us confidence that the workstation will meet the customer’s requirements after implementation.
