Handling stations for empty production parts trays serving two high-bay warehouses. A system of conveyors receiving the empty trays transports them to the old or new warehouse. The stacker crane then releases the trays from the warehouse and via conveyors they reach the reloading area where an operator places them on a pallet. The whole operation is managed by the SAP management system. In the project we used Siemens 1500 series controllers.
