By the end of 2025, we had commissioned over 30 sorting plants. On average, there are 60 PLC controllers and more than 3,500 conveyors per one sorting plant. All lines are equipped with advanced product tracking systems. The software implementation includes synchronisation of boxes and trays from multiple lines and multiple levels enabling smooth movement throughout the system. We also supply the Ignition Web-based SCADA for implementation.
