FINNEBROGUE MAIN SYSTEMNORTHERN IRELAND

The system consists of 3 main areas: these are the packing stations, the palletising area for boxes on pallets and the palletising area for boxes on trolleys. The whole system is based on a web-based SCADA visualisation system – Atvise. All of the products are tracked and sorted based on unique best-before dates. In the meantime, all required information is sent to the WMS. In the project we used Siemens 1500 series controllers and ABB robots.
