The system transports cartons from four production lines to the robot, on the way is placed a rotator of the boxes according to the recipe. The robot then pick the entire layer and place it on a pallet using slip sheets. The pallets with the product are sent to a decision point where they are then redirected to the correct location in the warehouse using an external WMS. In the project we used Siemens 1500 series controllers and ABB robots.
